Breakfast- bowl of multigrain cheerios
Lunch- slice of chicken alfredo pizza
Exercise- hip-hop workout video, 6 hours at horse therapy
Snack- some apple slices
Dinner- at like 9 1/2 turkey sandwich, 2 chocolate chip cookies.

It's official. I have lost 10+ pounds, finally. Now I just need to keep it off! It was tough, but not that tough. Less food and candy and more exercise, just like Dad says. I want everyone to notice and tell me how great I look, but no one says anything. I need my ego feed at a steady rate. I guess it's not that noticeable. Darn!
